Recurso de súplica.
El rechazo de la demanda se dio luego de verificar que la demandante en el escrito de corrección, en lugar de subsanar las falencias identificadas previamente en el auto inadmisorio, replicó los planteamientos esbozados inicialmente.
La Sala Plena de la Corte compartió las apreciaciones vertidas en los autos de inadmisión y de rechazo, en cuanto al hecho de que los escritos presentados por la actora no lograron aportar los elementos para la configuración de la controversia jurídica, ni tampoco suministraron los insumos básicos del juicio de constitucionalidad.
Con base en lo anterior, se CONFIRMÓ el auto cuestionado.
